HEALTHY EATING

In order to be healthy,we need to eat 2 servings of vegetables and 2 servings of fruits...Some food are unhealthy,such as fast food,candies,soda and many more...It is impotant to eat healthy because it can help us to grow and gives us energy...Some diseases of not eating healthily are such as heart dieseas...Some benefits of eating fruits and vegetables are lowering high blood pressure and strengthening our immune systems...I love eating fruits and vegetables because it help to give energy for me to continue my sports without me being tired...I support my school for having the campaign in encouraging pupils to eat more fruits and vegetables because with that it can help the students to practice healthy diet...Activities that i suggest to encourage children to eat more vegetables and fruits is having a show on how to have a healthy diet...
